update on my life

Hi fellow blog friends...Sorry I've been slacking lately!! But I have just been SO BUSY these days!

-Sips n Strokes with Elizabeth was FUN!! We had a fun time with our really nice teacher and we both made some awesome paintings!!

-Then I've gone to the lake and we did some work and tried out our new wave runners, they are AWESOME!!!

-Then some of my friends got together and watched the finale of 24!!! It was epic and I think it was a good ending...afterward Katie, me, PJ, Robert, and Ben went to the Gates!! Robert and Ben are from Huntsville so PJ and I took them to see a gorgeous night view of Birmingham...I love the Gates!!! P.S. the Gates is just someone yards that overlooks downtown Birmingham...

-The SEC baseball tourney has been going on at Regions Park and I've been to both the Alabama games!! It's been fun watching Bama beat both Auburn and Ole Miss with my friends Katie, Andy, and PJ...

-Now I'm heading to Cape San Blas, Florida for the next few days with some family...It's going to be a relaxing beach trip and I can't wait!!

blog number 2!!!

So it's the second post...I've already thought of multiple lists to add to this but it is finals week of my junior year at Alabama, so I should probably try to study some. Since it is finals week, that means that summer is approaching quickly! I have lots of stuff I would like to get accomplished this summer including:

1. I would love to start hiking at Oak Mtn State Park. I will be living at home this summer and that's about 5 minutes from this awesome place! I have recently decided I want to hike more and why not a better place to start; I can also put my new Keen shoes I got for Easter to use!!

2. Catch up with old friends

3. Continue hanging out with friends from school...AKA K. Smith, Stacey, Courtney, Dustin, Nate, etc.

4. Spend a full day at Botanical Gardens looking at all the flowers, picnicking, and just enjoying nature. I've seen this fountain multiple times due to the fact that we used to take dance team pictures here, but that was the last time I have been here.

5. Go to a movie in the park...lots of cities around Birmingham have movies and I would love to go to a few

6. Learn a new craft. My mom and I have contemplated taking all kinds of classes like pottery, painting, and such. Hopefully, we find something we both enjoy. I would love to take photography lessons!!

7. Learn how to play the piano. I took piano lessons in 6th grade for about a month. Haha, that didn't work out. I really want to learn again. Mom said she would teach me so we'll see if it actually happens. This is kind of the same as above but oh well!!

8. Run a 5K. Completely. I could finish a 5K tomorrow, but not running the entire way. This is more of a goal, but still is something I want to do this summer!

9. Actually complete this list...I am great at making lists, but not so great at doing everything on the list.

10. There is tons more I would love to do this summer, but I am going to try to accomplish all these first then if I actually have extra time I want to go to the beach, and my lake house and just enjoy summertime!!

First Post

Well hello! I've caved and decided to join to blogging world.
1. I don't really know what I'm doing yet.
2. I probably will never be good at this.
3. My blog is going to be all about lists like places I want to go, things I want to do, people I want to see, things I want to learn, etc.
4. Hopefully it won't be too boring!!
